OpsVue Terms of Service
The agreement for using OpsVue. Written to be readable.
Effective: June 18, 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your access to and use of OpsVue (the “Service”) at opsvue.io and app.opsvue.io. By creating a workspace, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using OpsVue for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Who operates OpsVue
OpsVue is operated by OPSVUE LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“OpsVue,” “we,” “us”). You can reach us at contact@opsvue.io.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use OpsVue. The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children.
4. Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. To create an account you must first verify control of your email address; your workspace is created only after that verification. Authentication and password storage are handled by our authentication provider; OpsVue does not store your raw password. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
5. Workspaces, owners, and roles
When you sign up, you create a private workspace and become its Owner. Owners and Admins can invite members and assign roles (Owner, Admin, Manager, Operator, Crew, Accounting, Viewer) that determine what each member can see and do. The workspace Owner is responsible for managing members and for the use of the workspace by its members.
6. Trial terms
OpsVue is currently offered as a free trial (default 30 days). No credit card is required to start, and nothing is charged automatically. You may stop using OpsVue at any time. If your trial ends, your workspace data is preserved — it is not deleted — and you can contact us to continue.
7. No card, no charge today
We do not collect payment card details today and online billing is not switched on. You will not be charged during the trial, and no charge will occur without your explicit action.
8. Future paid plans
We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, pricing will be shown up front, and any paid plan will require your explicit agreement and a payment method before it begins. We will give workspace owners reasonable notice before any pricing takes effect.
9. Acceptable use
Use OpsVue only for your own lawful business operations. You agree not to: attempt to access another workspace or data that isn’t yours; probe, disrupt, or overload the Service; reverse engineer or circumvent security or access controls; use the Service to violate the law or others’ rights; or upload malicious code. We may rate-limit or restrict abusive activity to protect the Service.
10. Your content and data
You own the content you put into your workspace — your clients, quotes, invoices, gear, crew, jobs, and related records (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you. We do not sell Your Content.
11. Your responsibility for what you enter
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter, including any personal information about your own clients or crew, and for having the rights and any necessary consents to put that data into OpsVue. You should not enter sensitive categories of data the Service is not designed to hold (for example, payment card numbers or government-issued identifiers).
12. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s non-public information shared in connection with the Service and use it only as needed to provide or use the Service.
13. Intellectual property
OpsVue, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by us and our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in OpsVue except the limited right to use the Service. “OpsVue” and our logos are our marks.
14. Feedback
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
15. Third-party services
OpsVue relies on third-party providers for hosting, database, authentication, email, and network services. Our use of these providers is described in our Subprocessors page. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers’ terms where applicable.
16. Availability and changes
We aim for a reliable Service but may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. During the trial the Service is provided as we continue to build it. We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time as described below.
17. Support
Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. You can reach us through our Contact page.
18. Suspension and termination
You may stop using OpsVue and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, use the Service unlawfully or abusively, or where required to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
19. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
20. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpsVue and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.
21. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold OpsVue harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or the rights of others.
22. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
23. Dispute resolution
Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you and OpsVue consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. There is no mandatory arbitration agreement; disputes are resolved in those courts.
24. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify workspace owners (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
